Our practice is located on Sunset Pond, at the crossroads of County Road 42 and Burnsville Parkway West, across the road from The Modern Sportsman. We’re also about a half a mile west of Burnsville Center Mall. Plenty of parking is available.
We participate with most insurance providers, Medicare, and Medicaid. Major credit cards, HSA and FSA plans accepted. Payment plans are also available; contact a staff member for more information.
