Dr. Jeffrey Danielson D.C.
Dr. Jeff hails from Southwestern Minnesota. Marshall to be exact. He grew up an avid racquetball player and lettered in golf. He also enjoyed singing in a small ensemble called the Roaring Twenties and performed in many theater productions and musicals. After high school, Dr. Jeff began his collegiate career at Bethel University in St. Paul where he majored in Biology and was on the varsity Men's Volleyball team.
After two years Dr. Jeff transferred to UCLA and continued his biology degree. At UCLA Dr. Jeff captained the Water Ski Team for two years and was a proud member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. After graduation, Dr. Jeff earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. There he earned the distinction of California Chiropractic Student of the Year in 1995 and then took a position with the Chiropractic Offices of Santa Monica where he was an associate doctor and cared for the likes of Gregory Hines, Ted Danson, and many high level professional athletes.
Wanting to return to his roots, Dr. Jeff accepted a staff doctor position at a clinic in Burnsville, MN. It was 18 months later that Northern Life Wellness was born in February of 1999. Dr. Jeff is the President and Clinic Director of one of the Midwest's largest wellness clinics. They have delivered well over one million spinal adjustments and have become the area's premiere Pediatric and Family Specialists. Dr. Jeff also specializes in difficult neurological cases such as Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Fibromyalgia, and the complex injuries sustained in Auto Accidents. There is always hope at Northern Life Wellness!
Dr. Jeff also owns Body Kneads Massage, Minnesota's finest therapeutic massage company. Dr. Jeff is an Adjunct Faculty member at Palmer University in Davenport, Iowa and also at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. He is a regular guest speaker in numerous wellness organizations, graduate courses, and business management companies. His newest venture is the creation of The Power of PIF, a company that is focused on "Paying It Forward". Dr. Jeff trains young doctors and invests in local clinics that, with the help of his newly trained doctors, will help shape the profession into the future.
Dr. Jeff's crowning achievement, however, is remaining married to his beautiful wife Dyonne whom Jeff met when he was 12 years old. They have 3 kids together; Maddy, Cooper, and Sydney. They reside in Prior Lake, Minnesota and enjoy the many athletic and school activities that the kids are involved in and enjoy serving in their community church. Dr. Jeff's mission has always been to serve God by serving people whether it be through their family's activities or through the art and science of chiropractic. His desire is that those that are reading this would connect with the hope that is found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Dr. Bryan Belcher D.C.
Dr. Bryan grew up in Burnsville, Minnesota where he participated in cross country running, swimming and lacrosse. He also performed in a traveling choir that toured England and Austria and studied American Sign Language. Before finally becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Bryan had many interests including paleontology, marine biology, meteorology, anthropology, architecture, and art.
In short, he wanted to be a dolphin-training, storm-chasing architect, who animated cartoons for Disney and traveled the world on weekends digging up fossils and studying ancient cultures.
In 2006, Dr. Bryan graduated from Lakeville North High School and started his collegiate education at St. Olaf College. While there, he studied art and environmental sciences, lived abroad in Australia for a semester, met the love of his life, Megan, and graduated in 2010 with his BA.
Dr. Bryan married Megan in 2012, and shorter thereafter, with the support of his wife and family, Dr. Bryan enrolled in Northwestern Health Sciences University where he studied the art, philosophy, and science of chiropractic. He graduated with his Doctorate in November of 2017 and currently lives in Plymouth, Minnesota. Dr. Bryan loves spending time with his wife, his cat, and his parents. He also enjoys photography, videography, and all things LEGO, Star Wars, Marvel and Disney.
As a Doctor of Chiropractic, he is trained in a number of techniques including Activator, Diversified, Thompson, Motion Palpation, and the application of Rock Tape.
Dr. Tanner Tryggestad D.C.
Dr. Tanner grew up in Amery, WI where he played hockey throughout grade school. He took his skills in the hockey rink to play for Concordia University Wisconsin where he received his undergraduate degree in Science and Exercise Physiology. Tanner started at Northern Life as a chiropractic intern for a year before finishing his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences and becoming an associate in the fall of 2020.
Tanner and his wife live in Prior Lake with their two young boys, baby girl, and Chocolate Lab, Rigsby. As a family, they love spending their time outdoors, lake-side, or on a boat in one of the many lakes Minnesota has to offer. Tanner lives out his passion for hockey as an Assistant Coach for his oldest son's hockey team. His favorite thing about Northern Life is getting to know his patients and the environment of comradery in the office.
Dr. Heather Anderson, DPT
Dr. Heather grew up in a small town near Dayton, Ohio. In high school, she was involved in cheerleading, gymnastics and band. She went to Miami University, (Oxford, OH) majoring in Exercise Science for her undergrad and then on to the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Since graduating in 2014, she has practiced in a vast array of settings from Ohio to Kansas and now in Minnesota, finding a passion in the outpatient setting along the way. She enjoys the relational aspect that therapy brings along with being able to help people return to improved function and doing things that they enjoy.
Dr. Heather currently resides in Savage with her husband, Brent, two young sons and goldendoodle, Ollie. They enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring new corners on MN, being with friends and family and involvement in their church.
Physical Therapy Assistant
Deb grew up in Anoka, MN, and earned her Physical Education & Coaching degree from North Dakota State University and her Masters in Exercise Physiology from Michigan State University. For over a decade Deb held a wide variety of fitness-centered positions from private training, education, and even owning and managing her own facility.
Using these experiences, Deb sought to advance her interests in becoming a physical therapy assistant, graduating from Saint Catherine University in 2014. During her time as a PTA, Deb has found that what she enjoys most is treating the whole person, challenging patients to work beyond physicality, and towards emotional and psychological healing as well.
Deb joined Northern Life's PT team in August 2021. She and her fiance, Bret live in West Bloomington and love being active and outside. Together they have 8 grown children who reside all across the US. Whether they are hitting the hiking and biking trails, playing pickleball, searching for agates, or on the lake, they love everything the outdoors has to offer.
Dyonne has played a major role in Northern Life since her and her husband, Dr. Jeff started the practice in 1999. She became the Office Coordinator in Spring of 2020 after spending years raising their three children and working in both the Cosmetology and Interior Design field. Dyonne grew up in Cokato, MN and currently lives in Prior Lake with Dr. Jeff and daughter Sydney while their son, Cooper attends college in Florida, and daughter Maddie is stationed in the Army.
When she's not rocking it at Northern Life, Dyonne loves gardening, preparing delicious new recipes, and unleashing her inner Interior Design genius. Her favorite part about working at Northern Life is collaborating with the team to problem solve and create new processes and procedures to ensure that all team members and patients have the best possible experience!
Community Outreach & Marketing Director
Rachel has been a part of the Northern Life Team since June of 2020. She grew up in Farmington, MN, and is currently the Marketing Strategist for Northern Life and Body Kneads Massage. Rachel recently earned her degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.
She and her husband live in Uptown Minneapolis where they enjoy exploring the many trails, lakes, and wildlife.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys challenging her friends and family to card games and resides as the reigning champion in Yahtzee. Her favorite thing about Northern Life is meeting and seeing the improvement in patients' health and planning special events to honor our patients.
Holly has been a member of the Northern Life family since February of 2021 as our Front Desk and Accounts Coordinator. Prior to her time at Northern Life, she worked in the wedding industry for over 6 years as a Client and Event Lead.
Holly and her husband currently reside in Savage and like spending quality time with their family and hosting competitive game nights.
Whether it be hiking, kayaking, or camping, they also prefer spending their time in the great outdoors. When they aren't exploring, Holly loves keeping busy in the kitchen cooking and baking. Holly shares Northern Life's faith and community values and enjoys being a part of the welcoming and energetic atmosphere that our team and patients bring to the clinic every day.
Victoria joined the Northern Life team in the Fall of 2018 and is our Account Relations Rockstar. She grew up in the small town of Sparta, WI and got her Marketing Degree from East Mississippi Community College. Victoria currently resides with her husband and two young boys in Farmington, Go Tigers!
As outdoor adventurers, Victoria and her family love exploring the great outdoors, fishing, kayaking, and camping. When they're not hitting the trails, Victoria and her husband enjoy seeing live music and comedy shows. Victoria's favorite part about working at Northern Life is helping patients have the best possible experience and seeing them grow in their health and wellness!
